To provide information technology and IT-enabled services relating to the aforesaid business, including software development, application maintenance, cloud hosting, database management, data processing, API integration, payment gateway integration, technical support, software testing, system integration and other digital solutions; and to enter into agreements, collaborations, partnerships or arrangements with drivers, vehicle owners, transport operators, travel agencies, hotels, businesses and other organizations for providing and facilitating travel, transportation, ride-sharing and mobility services through technology-enabled platforms.
