Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Commitment

At ISHANOVA Technologies, we are committed to providing high-quality digital solutions. Each project is unique, and we follow a transparent refund and cancellation process to ensure fairness for both parties.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations depend on the stage of the project:

• Consultation Stage: Cancellation before the formal start of development is permitted, subject to a documentation and processing fee.
• Active Development: Once development work has started, cancellations are subject to the terms of your specific Service Agreement. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
• Maintenance Subscriptions: Cancellation for recurring maintenance or hosting services must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

• Non-Delivery: If we fail to start project milestones within the agreed-upon timeframe (excluding delays caused by the client), a partial or full refund of the milestone payment may be processed.
• Duplicate Payments: In the case of duplicate transactions or clerical errors, we will provide a 100% refund of the extra amount.
• Technical Failure: If a delivered system does not meet the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract, we will first attempt to fix the issues. Refunds are only considered if the core system is fundamentally non-functional.

Non-Refundable Items

The following costs are non-refundable:

• Third-party costs such as hosting, domain registration, and API license fees.
• Fees for initial consultation and architecture design work already completed.
• Any work already delivered and accepted by the client.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7 to 10 business days. Note that processing times can vary depending on your bank's policies.
